Pit the chat explains:
Play Skip Cards by building piles in the correct order and trying to get rid of your cards before the opponent. Use available cards from your hand, discard piles and stock when they fit the build piles. Plan discards carefully so they help future turns instead of trapping useful cards. Watch the sequence numbers and use wild cards wisely if the game includes them.
